We start with the learner, not the deck.
Before a single model is invoked, we sit with the people who’ll use it — the engineer stuck before an interview, the teacher buried in admin, the parent left in the dark — and map the real job to be done.

Product, design and ML sit in the same room. We prototype the experience and the AI underneath it in parallel, so the surface and the substrate evolve as one.
